As part of the mentoring session with the leadership team, our post-graduate scholars gained insights on a wide range of topics through this face to face engagement.
They discussed real world challenges like the energy transition and talked about kickstarting their career by building their personal brand, social media profiling, interview skills and work life balance
They hugely valued the time spent with the leadership team which was made even more special by the presence of Sashi Mukundan president of bp India and senior vice-president, bp group who made them feel at ease by sharing several personal anecdotes of his career journey, and inspired them to think big and go after their dreams. A big thanks to the bp India leadership team for their commitment to this initiative under bp’s Saksham CSR program for skilling of youth.
